You’ll start to see our new name, pmtbox, beginning November 1 — on your statements, our website, and when you reach out to customer support. While pmtbox is a new company, building for the future, our core is still the same, with the same team you know and trust behind the scenes:

Great question! National Processing is now pmtbox — a new company & vision but the same core services, same team, same ownership, and same commitment to great service. We’ve been helping merchants for over 17 years, and this change reflects our next chapter — building smarter revolutionary tools to help merchants manage payments, prevent fraud, and simplify compliance. Something that hasn't been seen in our industry yet. You’ll start seeing our new name on November 1 across statements, emails, and our website: pmtbox.com.

pmtbox is a new company, with a bigger vision, but we were not acquired by new ownership. Nothing about ownership or leadership has changed and we continue to add to that team with leaders motivated to serve you. Wayne Hamilton, who founded National Processing 17 years ago, serves as CEO and leads the same great team, building for the future. The change reflects our growth into pmtbox — a new modern payments platform focused on technology, security, and merchant success. Please rest assured that nothing about your service or team is changing. We’re still the same core team, led by the same management, but now poised and positioned to focus on enhancing and building better technology for merchants.
