When in the Swipe Simple Online Portal, select the Account Settings on the left hand side. Select the Tax Rates (as shown below).

Once there, you will be able to see the name and current percentage of the tax rate you are applying. Select “Edit” to edit this rate and name if you wish to do so. 

Input the new name or percentage and select Update Tax Rate to change this. 

Log out of your Swipe Simple account on all devices and then log back in to apply the changes.
