Logging Into mReports

If your merchant ID starts with 5738 or 6753, you can access your reports, including batch, deposit, and statements on the mReports website.

This guide aims to fully address common login and access issues in mReports, providing detailed troubleshooting instructions for different scenarios.

If you do NOT see the pmtbox logo, please try again to go to https://www.mreports.com/portal/start/np

Verification Code

Each time you log into mReports, it will state that you need to verify with a code.

Click “Send me the code”. It will email you a one-time, 6 digit, verification code from the email “[email protected]” with the subject of “One-time verification code”.

You will need to locate this email, copy the code, and paste it into the next page.

Trouble Logging in? Or, have Additional Login Errors?

  • For 'Invalid credentials', ensure that the username and password are correctly entered. If necessary, perform a password reset within the system. Contact the system admin if issues persist.

  • In case of the 'Security lockout' message, notify the admin (pmtbox) for necessary actions. You can do this by emailing [email protected], starting a chat or giving us a call.

If you are having trouble logging in, you likely need to reset your password. On the login screen, click on “Having trouble with your User Name/Password?”.

On the next screen, you will be prompted to enter your User ID (which is the same as your User Name) and the email associated with it. Enter the information and press “Submit”.

For security reasons, your only confirmation of a good match will be receipt of an email containing your password.

Account Locked - Detailed Account Locked Troubleshooting

  • If you receive the 'Account is not active' message, contact your administrator to reactivate the account.

  • If locked out due to multiple incorrect password attempts, request the administrator to unlock your account and send a temporary password.

  • You can contact pmtbox to unlock your account by chatting us or giving us a call.

If you receive a message stating that your account is locked, please contact us with the information at the end of this article.

  • Log in weekly to prevent deactivation.

  • Keep password secure and compliant with platform requirements.
